Office of the Registrar

The registrar’s office facilitates faculty teaching and student learning by providing quality support services to both faculty and students. These services include maintaining and preserving the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of all academic records. In addition, providing services to create and support course registration, classroom assignment, degree audit, enrolment verification, and issuing transcripts and diplomas.

Objectives

The Registrar’s Office provides the best quality services during the student’s study tenure through efficiently using integrated systems to be visible online and offline and readily respond to inquiries. This includes:

  • Supporting the mission and vision of MBZUAI by ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and security of educational records.
  • Interpreting and implementing the academic policies, providing sound and efficient services to support the academic needs of students, alumni, faculty, and staff in a way that promotes fairness, a commitment to excellence, open communication, and respect.
  • Adhering to the standards of the Ministry of Education for Institutional Licensure and Program Accreditation.
