MBZUAI joins global executive education network UNICON

Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) has joined UNICON – a global network of leading universities and institutions focused on executive education. 

Its membership places the University – and its executive education arm, The Academy – among an established group of international peers, strengthening its position in the fast-growing market for professional and leadership development. 

Founded more than 50 years ago, UNICON brings together more than 120 business schools and providers worldwide. Among its number are some of the most highly-ranked universities in North America, Europe, and Asia, including CMU, Oxford, Cambridge, Stanford, Harvard, Tsinghua University, LBS, and many more.  

Its members collaborate on research, share best practices, and co-develop programs designed to meet the evolving needs of business leaders, governments, and organizations. Membership is selective, with institutions typically required to demonstrate both academic quality and impact in executive learning. 

By joining UNICON, MBZUAI is reiterating its commitment to providing applied learning for professionals. Alongside its reputation for advanced research and leading undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, the University’s executive education – delivered by The Academy – is becoming an increasingly important part of its offering.

Boosting The Academy’s mission 

The Academy was created to help organizations, leaders, and policymakers understand and respond to the rapid rise of AI.
