A recurring, youth-led program that amplifies student voices, builds AI leadership, and positions MBZUAI as the defining hub for future AI talent across the UAE.
The AI Youth Advisory Board gives high school and undergraduate students a real voice in shaping MBZUAI's AI outreach and education. Members are active contributors – bringing youth perspectives into NDP programs, supporting events, leading peer outreach, and ensuring everything we do remains genuinely student-driven.

Board members contributed to the NEXTGEN Winter 2025 program as youth voices and student-side support throughout the cohort.

AYAB members designed and led a half-day workshop at the MBZUAI campus for 50-60 high school students (Grades 10-12), taking on the role of facilitators.

We are looking for high school students who lead, communicate, and care – about AI, about their peers, and about making a real contribution. If that is you, or someone you know, nominations for Cohort 2 are now open.
Open to all high school students – UAE Nationals and residents, Grades 10–12.
