MBZUAI hosts senior government officials from Kazakhstan

Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), the first graduate-level, research-based artificial intelligence (AI) university in the world, met with a delegation of senior government officials from Kazakhstan at the University’s campus in Abu Dhabi. The visit was attended by Her Excellency Dr. Anar Zhailganova, Chairwoman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs; Professor Ling Shao, MBZUAI Executive Vice President and Provost and Reem Al Orfali, MBZUAI Director of Student Affairs, including others.

The discussion centered around the academic programs offered by MBZUAI, research and scholarship opportunities available at the university, and potential partnerships. The dialogue also included the importance and disciplines in which AI can be applied in society.
